Phil, I'll always remember the great times working at DFAS. You trained me, taught me allot about government accounting. You became a dear friend. The memories will be cherished for as long as I live. Rest in peace my friend. May God bless you & your family.

Dear Uncle Phil, I want you to know how much we all love you and miss you. I will miss that big belly laugh when you thought something was funny. The time I had you sing love lifted me into a taperecorder. Or all the times when you came to the house when I would call you, and you would always come right away, to help with yet another pet that passed away. thanks for always being there
