It is with deepest sympathy that I am reaching out to the Coddere family and friends. I was barely a teenager when I was fortunate enough to meet Phil. He was simply the best friend a man could ever ask for. A true Brother thru and thru. He was always upbeat and his wit and humor were unmatched. Although I moved away some 30 years ago he always stayed in touch and even came to visit me a couple times. You are missed more than words can ever say. May Jesus hold you in his loving arms until we meet again my dear friend.

Bob and I and our kids could not be sadder at loosing Uncle Phil too soon.
These words could not be more true "Philip was the true embodiment of the phrase "life of the party." With a big heart, quick wit, and a booming voice that could fill any room with joy"
Sending everyone our love.

My brother, my friend, could always make me laugh even at the worst times. The minute he opened his mouth you wanted to be his friend, as is evident with the number of friends he left behind. He loved his best friend and lifetime partner, his wife, Emily, and is very proud of his children, Allie and Kris, who are very like him. I miss him and hope to see him again.
Love,
Monnie Kulig

A fitting tribute, a better brother could not be had! I always knew that he had my back, such good times together, and I truly cannot remember a cross word ever, that was not his way. He loved his family and his friends and was loved back in full measure and will be missed very much.
