Donna and I are very sorry to learn Phil passed. When we didn't receive a Christmas card we checked the obits. Phil was a nice neighbor here in Andover. Donna and I always enjoyed our chats with him.

The DiCara Family
So sorry for the lost of Phil. I can convey memories growing up in Winsted and having your family as close neighbors. Phil was li.ke a father to all of us. Will always remember the fishing trips in the OLD CAR. God will gain a good man. Sorry for the bad weather today. Was looking forward to the service for Phi. GOD BLESS EVERYONE! Jim DiVita

Phil was a great friend and golfing buddy for Naby years. When my eyesight
faltered, hen served as my cart driver and ball spotter. He was a kind, helpful,
true New England gentleman of the greatest generation.
