It is hard to put into words the level of sadness felt when someone, who has impacted so many, is no longer among us. Respectful condolences. May he be in God's memory.

Our hearts are aching, but there is joy in knowing Phil is no longer suffering. What wonderful memories we have of him and all of you!!! We have laughed till our tummies hurt, giggle when we should have been quiet, and many time had Phil and Steve separate us Cindy so we wouldn't get into trouble!
Phil was a wonderful man and we are praising God that He placed the England family in our lives. We are truly blessed to call him our friend and will always hold his memory in our hearts.♥
