BISMARCK - Philip J. Foss, 74, Bismarck, passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at St. Alexius Hospital.
Funeral service will be 10:30 am on Monday, December 12, 2022 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 106 Osage Ave, Bismarck. Visitation will from 5:30-7:30 pm on Sunday at Parkway Funeral Service 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck with a prayer service starting at 7:30 pm. Burial will be at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 13, 2022.
Arrangements with Parkway Funeral Service, Bismarck.
