Dear Helene, my thoughts and prayers are with you at this very sad and difficult time. I'm at the hospital on Wednesdays and Fridays, so cannot come to the memorial. Maybe you'll be visiting Prescott soon. Hope so!!

I'll always remember Phils compassion for his animals. He had a special place in his heart for all of them. He was such a kind and caring man. I always enjoyed our conversations. Rest in peace my friend. Thoughts and prayers are with you Helene at this difficult time.

Helene, I don't know if you know, I am Uncle Phil's god-daughter. I remember anxiously watching the news with his mom, watching the locations of the fighting going on, in Vietnam, fearing for Phil. His mom was so proud of him, and Phil was our hero.

Helene,
Uncle Phil was "the cool uncle" in the family. There is still a story being told about the the time when my Dad brought his five small kids to Phil's bachelor pad (details vary). I will always remember him with a grin on his face and a twinkle in his eye.
Tracy and I have you and your family in our thoughts.
