HEATHWOOD, Philip Lee Passed away in Santa Rosa, California on December 7, 2015. Phil is survived by his wife of 52 years, Anne Heathwood of Santa Rosa; children Karen Heathwood (Elaine Bulloch), Matthew Heathwood (Krysen Heathwood) and Lyndal Heathwood (Mike Dalzell); grandchildren Madeline and Jack Heathwood (Matthew) and Luke Dalzell (Lyndal); siblings Betty Carroll, Barbara Thearle, Paul Heathwood, Jennifer Clarke and Joan Simpson all of N.S.W. Australia. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Doris Heathwood. Born in Sydney, Australia on May 29, 1938, Phil attended Coogee Prep School and The Scotts College. He worked as a Construction Consultant and Estimator for more than 30 years in Santa Rosa and the greater Bay Area. Phil loved Travel, College Football, Rugby, Jazz music and spending time with family. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Monday, December 14, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Patrick's Episcopal Church, 9000 Highway 12, Kenwood, CA 95452 and a reception following the services at Oakmont Golf and Country Club, 7025 Oakmont Drive, Santa Rosa, CA 95409. If desired, donations in his memory may be made to Cardinal Newman High School or to Memorial Hospice.

Uncle Phil you set out on your journey all those years ago and did what most do not do and completed your missions for your Family and self. Your an inspiration to all the Heathwoods and we all loved you. Your brother Paul misses you and loved you dearly. Lets all celebrate the life of Philip lee Heathwood .
