Hi Bobbi,
I ran into Shawn Laba today and he told me about Philip. I remember Philip from Millwood and know my sister Heidi knew him well when they were younger. I am so very sorry for your loss. I enjoyed looking at the old photos. Looks like he had a very happy and full life.

My friendship with Phil will always be one of my fondest memories of Millwood High School. I'm terribly saddened by the news of his passing, and wish we had of stayed in contact. We also worked together as drivers at Greco Pizza.

That smile, that incredible, infectious smile… Phil will never be forgotten.

I knew him as a youngster at Uncle Ross' and how vibrant he was. It was obvious, the few times I met Bobbi that their love was very deep and how wonderful. In Junior High School Phil taught me how to play football, our joint passion for the next 28 years. Later in our high school years he taught me how to sneak in late with out getting caught by our folks, and more importantly, how to chase "the girls".

But later in life Phil taught me the most important lesson of all - how to be brave, courageous and inspirational all at the same time.

Phil's warm smile and big personality will be missed dearly and never forgotten.

During our school years,it didn't matter what went on, Phil could find some reason to smile, a silver lining anywhere. I played a lot of ball with Phil back in the 90s league ball but the favorite was the tourney in Liverpool. Phil was always a good teammate easy going, funny and he always talked about you Bobbi that is why he was always so happy, the last time I seen Phil was at Springfield Lake having a Keith's light wearing #54 I was glad I meant Phil and could call him a friend I am so sorry for your loss.

Worked at CS with Phil for years. These were the best years I had at work. Phil made me laugh everyday until I couldn't breathe, i was supposed to be training but he was more worried about me not taking things to seriously and to laugh and enjoy life.
