Phil was my best friend,he was a wonderful friend in return,and he loved his family with all of his Heart ❤,he always put his family and friends before his own desires and needs,Phil I loved you as my friend and I miss you .

Being around Phil was always a lot of fun. I haven't seen him in years, but I'll always remember what a great guy he was. Very funny, with a sharp wit. He was always smiling, even during tough times.
