Phil was one of my greatest friends ever. I will always hold him in my heart and mind. Over the past three years we talked often by phone, visited, went out to lunch. He is South Side's very best. I always closed by phone conversations with him by saying the Italian words, Ti Amo Sempre! I will love you always.
