Phillip Cameron Hendry

Phillip was the best friend I ever had. We would hang out at all hours of the night just because we felt like it. He would call me at midnight wanting to make a random trip to Hattiesburg or Wal-Mart in Laurel. Even on some nights we would accidentally miss curfew on campus, and even though he could easily have made it into his dorm without being caught, he knew I couldn't so he would stay up with me all night so I wouldn't have to wait alone. If anyone in the family needs anything --ANYTHING-- please just let me know. I'll do anything in my power to help. I miss him too. He was my best friend.

You don't know me but our sons roomed together at JCJC for awhile and it just broke my heart to see his obituary in the paper this morning. Please know that I will be praying for you and your family.
