I'm so saddened to hear that Phil has passed away. I was in town for New Years and happened to stop in PayLess but Phil had already left.
My family was quite shocked to hear about Phil's passing. We all have such fond memories of Phil from the years we lived on Dixon Ave as kids.
May Phil be with our Heavenly Father this very day.
