To Brenda and family. So sorry to hear about your Dad. Phil always had friendly words and that ornery smile that would lift your spirits. Nothing but good memories of him from the old days back at Nishna Valley and Emerson. My heart hurts for you so much at this most difficult time, sending Love and hugs to all.

Phil was a good man. Honest, caring, kind, funny, smart, genuine, and dedicated to his community. Hugs to you, Phil.

Brenda & family - I am so sorry for your loss. Your Dad was truly amazing. I always remember feeling happy & my stomach hurting from laughing so much when I was with him. ❤

Phil and I served together in the New Hampshire House of Representatives. Even though we were of different political parties and often did not agree on issues, he was always a gentleman in his words and actions.

Uncle Phil, you were the best of the best. I don't think I ever knew you to not be singing. You were a huge part of my childhood, teenage, and early adult years. I love you eternally, and will miss you forever. Rest in peace sweet, gentle man.
