Dearest Joe-Pat, Karen, Mike and Kathy,

My sincerest condolences on hearing of your Mom's passing. My favorite memory of her concerns my Mom as well. My Mom, your Aunt Kathy, had asked Aunt Mena to cut my hair as I slept. Aunt Mena refused. You can see from the photo, there is no longer much hair left, but to a teenager, at the time, it was an important gesture. She, and you guys, are always in my memories (and that crazy Irishman, Uncle Joe).

Aunt Mena was a wonderful lady! We have many fond memories of her visit to Riverside and Palm Springs in honor of my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary.

We extend our love and sympathy to our cousins.
