As a father of young daughters, this tragedy has broken my heart. I did not know Phoebe in life, but I know Jesus will one day introduce us. I will give her a big hug and hope to see that beautiful smile from these pictures. To her loving family, please know that her wonderful spirit will live on, even in those of us who never met her.
