Phyllis Frisby

I have only just seen the sad news of Phyllis' death. We met Phyllis at Somerby Methodist Chapel when we joined a small group of enthusiasts to play carpet bowls. I will not forget the welcome she extended to us and the sheer joy when we actually returned the following week! We struck up a firm friendship and enjoyed each others company. I spoke to Phyllis shortly before her death but didn't realise how ill she was. Feel very sad that we missed her funeral and haven't been able to speak to the family and express our sincere condolences
