I met Phyllis when I visited my sister Ann at Indian Trail on sevral summer vacations. I always enjoyed her sense of humor, her advice and her opinions. She was a kind and generous woman and way ahead of her time. She made the most out of every expreience. I will miss her

It was my pleasure to work with Phyllis on several real estae transacations many years ago. I will never forget her kindnesses to me the "rookie" May she rest in peace.

Carl and family, We are sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. I think she passed on a lot of her qualities to her children and grandchildren. You are all in our thoughts.

Phyllis always enjoyed to play a game of Cribbage too . Nice to be in her company as she was always very upbeat. Miss her with love.
