Phyllis M. Kampfert

Kampfert, Phyllis M., (LeClair), Port Richey, Florida. Age 86, died June 1, 2005 in an automobile accident in Port Richey, Florida. She was born and raised in Cheboygan, Mich.; lived in Saginaw, Mich. for 35 years of her young adult life, and moved to Port Richey, Florida 29 years ago. She was a beloved wife and mother and will be missed very much by her family and friends. She had a giving heart and a wonderful sense of humor. Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Robert; a son, Kim, of Grand Rapids; three daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and Vern Mueller, Cape Coral, Florida; Susan and Richard Benjamin, Kalamazoo, Michigan; and Patricia and Kim Dobson, Beverly Hills, Mich.; a brother, Armand LeClair, Hot Springs, Ark.; two sisters, Doris Lindsay, Cheboygan, Mich.; and Joyce Griffin, Reidsville, N.C.; eight-grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. A brother, Charles LeClair, Tacoma, Washington; and a sister, Eileen Justice, Denver, Colorado, preceded her in death. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 15, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Mackinaw City.
