Phyllis and I would walk over to James Ivory's cabin at Lake of the woods to see if he was there. Later, after she passed, I watched a James Ivory film and realized that she was right. This film is genius.

Ben, thank you for sharing your loving memories of Phyllis. She has such a strong message : family, friends, nature, a sacred sanctuary ,open arms and an open heart equals the joy of living. R.I.P. Sweet Lady.

Condolences to all the friends and family of Phyllis. I knew her in Eugene back in the 1970s and 1980s, and always enjoyed our moments together. What a vibrant, funny, intelligent and creative woman she was.

Great regret not reconnecting more with Phyllis

I was too young to fully appreciate Phyllis. Now I do.
Had I gotten to know her better when I was older, I know we would have had a lot of fun!

What a beautiful obituary. Phyllis was a force. She welcomed me into your home along with many other youth in our group. I am grateful for the gift of knowing her being welcomed by her. My love goes out to each of you as you say goodbye to her on this earth.

Phyllis thank you for taking me in when I decided to move out west and go to U of O when I was 19. You gave me so much love, fed me, talked to me for hours in your beautiful home. What a blessing and honor to be just a Minute part of this Wonderful life. I remember playing in the band with Ben and Richard in Klamath Falls. The times with her, my Mom and Barbra Morseth are forever in my memory. RIP sweet Lady for a season until the day of our Lord. Peace and Comfort to Family loved ones and friends
