Mrs. O'Connor will be greatly missed. I have been the recipient of her fantastic Upside Down Pinapple Cakes made just for me. They were huge. And delicious. Enjoyed her authentic Caribbean Punch as well and her beautiful voice. This I will always remember. She is singing with the heavenly choir now as she smiles down on all her loved ones. Dexter and family, you are in my prayers. She traveled far and is now safely Home.
