My deepest sympathy to the Semple family on the passing of your MOM. She was a constant role model for me. I learned courage in adversity determination in forging ahead and empathy for others. I was priviledged to witness the wonderful care and sacrifices and love given by her wonderful daughters over these past several years. They are a tribute to an extrodinary woman. She lived her life full throttle to the very end. Her girls are the exemplars of "HONOR THY MOTHER" God bless you all.

I was truly saddened to see the news about Mrs. Semple. In addition to all of her many accomplishments, she was also instrumental in helping my Mother start the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Lupus Foundation over 30 years ago. Mrs. Semple was a key resource and friend to my Mother in the development of the Lupus Foundation, which is dedicated to supporting Lupus patients across the State. She was a remarkable, strong, dedicated woman who will be truly missed. God bless the Semple family during this difficult time.

Jane and I, as well as Judson, Hayley and Caitlin, are deeply saddened on the news of Aunt Phyllis' passing. Her example of always charging ahead, with an inspirational attitude, were the qualities we will never forget, and will carry through in our lives. they say golf mirrors life. Given that statement, there has never been a greater champion and role model in the eyes of our entire family. Our sympathies are to the entire family, and know we are praying for all of you in this time of sadness. We were all so fortunate to have her as a friend, and for Jane, a family member. It is comforting to know she is with God and Uncle Bud.

Mrs.Semple was part of my childhood, many of you may not know. She came faithfully to my Aunt ZEE to get massages on Chestnut St. As a little girl she would stop and talk to me everytime, I made it a practice to run and say hello! So very beautiful she was and I loved to see her. I t has saddened me to hear about her passing, Aunt Zenobia passed away last year @ 95, they both will be in my prayers.
Many prayer to your family.
