Pramod Prasad

In loving memory of our dearest husband and father, Pramod Prasad. It is with a heavy heart that we announce his sudden passing on January 19, 2024.

Pramod was born in Bihar, India. Often reminiscing about the cherished simplicity of his childhood, he was loved by his elder siblings: Priya, Sunita, Binay, Binod, and Sangeeta. Pramod went on to study law at the University of Delhi. Pursuing law in India at that time did not provide enough and so Pramod joined as a personnel manager at the Metropolitan Hotel in Dubai in 1978. It was in Dubai where he met his wife, Elizabeth. When she left for the United States, he followed her and they built a life together in the California Bay Area.

A pillar to the Vallejo community in the 80s, 90s and early 2000s, Pramod was a well-known realtor for Tipp Realty and later on Mustico Realty. Those lucky enough to work with him share that he was quick-witted, humourous, charming, and generous.

Pramod loved his family fearlessly. He held them above all else and moved through life prioritizing them first, always. He enjoyed being outdoors and spending time in the garden with his wife. He loved feeding the hummingbirds and listening to the sound of running water.

A beacon of strength, he filled our lives with unwavering love, wisdom, and laughter. His legacy echoes in the cherished moments we shared, teaching us resilience and kindness. As we bid farewell to our guiding light, we carry his warmth and spirit in our hearts, forever grateful for the precious time we had together.

Pramod is survived by his wife Elizabeth, 3 children Puneet, Hannah, and Annabelle, and 2 son-in-laws Imran and Anthony.
