During the years I have worked with Miller Construction I had the pleasure of working with Dick. You will truly be missed.

I remember Dick Wells for his kindness, his words of wisdom and encouragement, his genuine smile, and especially for his help when he and others took me to the hospital after I had injured myself....He was an exceptional man....My sympathy to his family.

Mr. Wells impressed me with his intellect and grace, and was one of the nicest people I have ever met. He had the rare quality of giving his full undivided attention to everyone he spoke with. After spending time with Dick Wells, the thought that usually crossed my mind was "This is a good person to emulate."

I have worked for Dick for 6 years. My heart aches for the loss of such a wonderful, kind man. May God rest his soul and bring comfort to his family and loved ones.

I didn't know him personally, but my sister works for the Wells family. I've heard such wonderful things about Dick over the years. I know he will be missed dearly.
