R. Chicko Obituary

R. Jeffrey Chicko of Fox Chapel, formerly of Swissvale, died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2004.

Mr. Chicko owned and operated Chicko Automotive Service Center, Lawrenceville, for 25 years. He was senior warden for Solomon Temple No. 231. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Chicko. Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Sandra Chicko; a son, Zachery Chicko; a daughter, Ashleigh Chicko; his mother, Carol Chicko; three sistesr, Janet (Mac) McCafferty, Judi (Rich) Matelan and Joanne (Dean) McHolme; a brother, Jimmy Chicko; nieces and nephews. Friends were received at THOMAS L. NIED FUNERAL HOME, Swissvale. Mass of Christian Burial was in St. Anselm Roman Catholic Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Thomas E. Starzl Transplantation Institute, c/o UPMC Montefiore, 7 South, 3459 Fifth Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15213.
