I worked with Kevin at Kegler Brown for many years. He.always made me laugh and brightened my day. He came to the hospital to see me the day after I was diagnosed with cancer and always remained a dear friend. I will miss him. We had good times at Kegler - There ain't no party like a Kegler party

I salute Kevin's memory as a long time member of the Board of Trustees of Heinzerling Foundation and offer my sympathy to his family. He was dedicated to the well being of residents and staff at Heinzerling over decades of service. It was an honor to serve with him for many of those years. He will be greatly missed.

I will forever remember Kevin when entering 65 East State Street, missing his smile, friendly greeting and humorous stories about politics, life and friends. My prayers are with the entire Kerns family.

I am so sorry to hear of Kevin's passing. I had the honor of working with him many years ago as a summer associate at Kegler and his commitment to doing the right thing, the right way is a lesson that sticks with me still.

I worked with Kevin on a few matters when he was at Kegler and then on his own. He was an excellent lawyer, but, even more, he was a decent, kind, and funny man. He will be missed.
