Muchas gracias por haber creado a esta gran orquesta EL GRAN COMBO DE PUERTO RICO. Fuiste y seguirás siendo grande. Siga haciendo mucha más música aya en el cielo para que cuando me toque a mí escuchar todo lo nuevo que vas a crear. Que Dios te bendiga siempre Sigue Rafael eres y seguirás siendo grande.

Maestro, gracias por poner el nombre de nuestra Patria, Puerto Rico en alto a todos los países que llevó la música del Gran Combo de Puerto Rico. QDEP maestro, su legado brillará y vivirá por siempre.

As we can see Mr.Rafael lived a long life, that is a blessing. May Almighty God strengthen and comfort his family. I hope the fond memories of your loved one always be cherished.

Rafael Ithier will be greatly missed. I want to express my condolences and solidarity to his children, wife, family, and friends.

An amazing musician and music director. His love of salsa would shine through in his playing and even more in the way he directed music. He truly made salsa come alive. Heartfelt condolences to the Ithier family, May God be with you in your time of loss. Truly sorry for your loss.
