Such sad news. Ralph was an exemplary Manager of Flight Operations combining high aviation skills with a management style that imbued discipline with common sense and good judgement. He was an excellent person to be associated with and I remember him with great appreciation and admiration.

My condolonces to the family.
A life well lived.
I will always remember Ralph as a teacher and a fair and patient man. I am a better person for having known him during our time at Innotech together.
I hope its all 'CAVU' for you now Ralph.

Although many years have gone by, Capt. Allen remains strong in my memory as a dedicated and highly respected Chief Pilot for Innotech Aviation. My sincere sympathies to his family.
