HAMMER, Ralph 100 years, peacefully on Friday January 20, 2006 at Malden Park Continuing Care Ctr. Beloved husband of the late Blanche (1994). Loving father of Mike and wife Marg Windsor; Elaine Therrien and husband Paul, Merlin; Ralph and wife Lillian, Essex; Lorna Kuehn and husband Herb, Mt. Clements, Michigan; Steve and wife Pat; Windsor, Greg, Essex and John, Essex. Dearest grandfather and great grandfather of Debbie & Dan Crosby & daughter Lauren, Jim & Betty Lou Therrien & children Alicia & Tyler, Karen & Brian Whittal & children Jason & Michael, Laurie & Wilhem Hummel & daughter Amy, Mark Therrien & Mary Jane, Kevin Therrien & daughter Kayla, Cheryl Parent & children Eric, Jacob, Trent & Connor, Chris & Greg Salter & children Mitchael, Chelsea, Brooke & Avery, Janice & Doug Schmidt & daughter Lauren, Jeff & Lynn Kuehn & son Joey, Brad Hammer & Amy. Ralph was predeceased by his siblings Rolly, Harry and Evelyn. Visiting at the Reid Funeral Home, 87 Maidstone Ave. E., Essex (776-4233) on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 pm and on Tuesday January 24, 2006 at Holy Name of Jesus Church, 146 Talbot St. S., Essex from 9:30 am until time of Funeral Mass to celebrate Ralph's life at 10:30 am. Fr. Larry Brunet officiating. Parish Prayers Monday 7:30 pm. Entombment Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Donations made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Charity of your choice would be appreciated. Sorry to hear about your loss.We met Mr. Hammer when Bob had knee surgery and they shared a room at the hospital. He seemed a gentle soul and I'm sure he will be missed by many including Storm. Warm regards, Pat and Bob
