Ralph ROBERTS III

ROBERTS, Ralph "Buzzy," III, age 63, of Chester, died at his residence on Thursday, February 16, 2012. The son of the late John and Quintina Roberts, Buzzy was a native of Rockport, Ind. While in school, he served as a congressional page for the House of Representatives. He was a man of many talents, loved to build fast cars, and could fix and build just about anything. He found joy out of the simplest of things, and would refurbish used bicycles for children. He was always loyal to his friends and had a heart of gold. He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his son, Michael R. Roberts, of Goochland; his daughter, Teresa S. Roberts, of Chester; a grandson, Logan M. Roberts, of Goochland; a brother, Joe E. Roberts, of Trafalgar, Ind.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at 12:30 p.m. Sunday, February 26, 2012 at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd., Richmond Va., followed by the service at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to any children's charity of choice.
