Dear Weisner Famly, It has been a pleasure to know Ralph for the last 25 years. He will definitely be missed by everybody. I have had many a conversation with Ralph over the years, but his greatest joy was talking about his son and the growing pains of being a parent. I will truly miss his smile and friendly and easy going demeanor.

Dear Weisner Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Ralph truly was a special person. You could always trust Ralph, he was a man of his word. It was a pleasure to work with Ralph at the refinery, and to listen to him brag about his family. His family was a great source of pride and joy, he always lit up when ever you asked how you all were doing. He was a giant with a little boy shyness about him. He left us all better people for knowing him. He will be missed by many but remembered fondly!

Dear Linda and Family:
In the years I worked at Lovco, I always remember Ralph as one of the nicest people there. He would always stop by my desk and say Hi and ask how things were going. He had such a great sense of humor. I know he will be missed by everyone.
Sincerely,
Myra Gollatz

Dear Linda and Family,
When I think back over the last 24 years of knowing Ralphy I can't help but smile. We had so many great experiences together. Fishing trips to Mexico & Costa Rica, Las Vegas Rodeo trips, playing gin, weekly lunches at Dominques talking about how great our kids are, going to night school in LA & to many practical jokes to mention. The biggest thing I will remember about Ralph was his heart, he truly had a big heart filled with kindness. He valued his family above all and taught us all by example what being a good upright family man was all about. I never had a brother but I feel like I've lost one. Ralphy was a daily part of my life and I miss him. I know in my heart, when my journey is over, I will see him and he will again be showing me the ropes as he did 24 years ago. Our thoughts & prayers are with you all.
Love, Mike McGougan

Dear Weisner Family, Ralph has been around the Lovingier Family for as long as I can remember. He was always a joy to be around. In our short time together at Lovco I learned a tremendous amount from him. He was always there and willing to help. Whenever I got in trouble he would just laugh and tell me "don't worry...he (my dad) doesn't know what he's talking about." He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

To the Weisner family my deepest sympathy goes out to you. I am so grateful and honored that Ralph and Linda were able to attend our wedding last year and I only hope my husband and I can love each other like they did. Ralph was an amazing person, full of love and laughter. You know he is making one great angel! I bet he's already started a softball team!

Dear Linda and the Weisner Family: I met Ralphy 10 years ago at BP. Ralphy was our Lovco Rep. He was first a business associate, then quickly became a forever friend. Ralphy was a big teddy bear with the sweetest smile. We would chat about our friends and families. I remember him telling me that you and he were going to renew your wedding vows. He spoke lovingly about his children and mother-in-law. We at BP are deeply saddened by the loss of our friend. He will be forever in my heart. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. I regret I will not be able to attend the service for Ralphy as I will be out of town on vacation. You will all be in my thoughts on this day and always.

Dear Linda and family, My prayers go out to you all. I have the fondest memories of Ralphie. Such a big heart and wonderful smile. He made me smile whenever I saw him and even now when I think of him I can't help but smile. He must be making 'em laugh in heaven with all his fishing stories and practical jokes. He truly will be missed, not only as a Lovco employee, but as a part of the Lovingier family. Linda, my heart goes out to you and the kids as I pray for you daily. God Bless, Barbara Lovingier

annual fishing trips to Cabo,
Christmas parties,
annual rodeo and vegas trips,
checking in with me with daily phone calls,
hours upon hours just Ralphy and me in a panga,
laying awake at night lightening to Ralphy tell me how much he loved his wife and family,
a fishing trip to Costa Rica,
trips for equipment auctions,
weddings,
pictures of my mother, Ralph and Linda(Ralphy and Linda were my mother's favorites),
once a week lunch,
These are just of few of the many memories.
That's what we did throughout our journey, we were making memories, all of them cherished.
I will always miss my co-worker, my roomate, my fishing buddy, but most of all, my friend. His memories will always be engrained in my heart and soul.
I can only hope that when I leave this life that my legacy will be half as good as the legacy Ralph has left. Ralph enhanced the lives of all those he touched, a legacy we will always remember.
God Bless,
Love you, Linda and family, always

I never had a brother, but working with Ralph at LOVCO for the past 20 years, it was like having a brother. It was great having Ralph as a friend, fishing buddy, and co worker. He will be missed, and always remembered by everone that knew him. Our thoughts & prayers are with you all.
