Ramon Flores Jr.

Ramón Flores Jr. of El Paso, TX, was called home on March 15, 2025. He was born on November 22, 1954, to Ramón Flores Sr. and Carmen Pichardo Flores. As a natural spiritual leader, Father Ramón served many communities across the Southwest during his multi-decade ministry, touching countless lives through his devoted pastoral care, advocacy, and commitment to social justice. He was known for his kindness and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. His cheerful and compassionate spirit, and unwavering generosity will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him. His family, parishioners, and friends will forever cherish his legacy of non-judgement, service, and love. Ramón is survived by Reymundo V., Tita V., and Emmanuel T.L.; his father, Ramón Flores Sr.; his cousin Belem P., and his siblings Marikka M., Jesús Antonio, Ivonne, Francisco, Blanca, Martín, Michelle, and Omar. Visitation services will be held on Thursday, March 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at San Jose Funeral Home (601 S. Virginia Ave., El Paso, TX), followed by a Mass at 1:30 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church (602 S. Oregon St., El Paso, TX). In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his memory to a charity of your choice.
