My deepest sympathy to the Child's family. I worked with Randy briefly and clicked with him immediately. He was genuinely a GREAT GUY! We talked about Ghanaian food, when he had visited Ghana and motorcycles. I already miss you buddy! You fought a great fight - RIP

I cannot think of any words appropriate enough to express how sad, shocked and saddened I was to hear of your loss. I knew you as a young girl. You, your sister and brother impressed me and my entire family with your strength, composure and determination to overcome obstacles. You are a beautiful, incredibly strong woman. I am so sorry for your loss. Janine

Caley, Haven and Reba,my prayers are with you and your family. After living next door for five years and saying our Hello's I finally met Randy eight months ago. Randy made me feel like a brother and best friend. Like we new each other for ever. We joke that we couldnt figure out why we didnt become friends sooner.I told him i was pretty sure it was the 20 years I had on him. I could see right away he was a special person...so caring, full of love yet very strong to. ahead of his years.I remember coming into your house and sitting in the black chair across from Randy. Before I could open my mouth and ask how he felt he ask me..I can hear him "Hey brother, hows your back today" How caring can a human being really be. what he was going thru and asking me about my problems. Brought me to tears more then once. We talked alot about the "the Girls,or My Girls" he loved you all very much. I laugh out load when I think of the time he asked me in to see the Dr with him because after that he says "your in the circle of trust now". Guess you had to be there but it was pretty damn funny.Im so sorry for you loss. I really miss him and will always remember him. Thank you Caley and Reba for letting me share in your life. Sorry im writing so much but your husband,Son really touched my life.I needed him to. I love you and i will forever mis you Brother. Love,Michael (Mikey)

My thoughts and prayers are with you. Randy was a special young man. Always kind and caring. He was such a family man, that was so obvious everytime he talked about Haven and Caley. He will be greatly missed, but will always hold a special place in my heart. Love you...Debi Dingee

Prayers to Caley,Reba,Haven and family..I was amazed after living next door to Randy for five years and just saying our hellos, to becoming what
I consider a close friend over the last eight months.I got to be his friend. He would kid me about "the circle of trust". Randy was wise beyond his years. I can say that because I have a good 20 on him.He was one of the most caring people I have ever met in my life. When we saw each each other he would always ask how are you feeling? Always asking about me before I even asked how he was.A man that loved being a husband and father. He treasured his girls. That was his life..His family.. I feel so lucky that I got to sit across the room from him and really getting to know who he was and where he came from. Sorry I wrote so much, but I miss him.you are brother..Michael Dingee

I'm very sad to hear of Randy's passing. I knew Randy from high school and he was always a kind person and a true artist and I am happy to have called him a friend. Although I haven't spoken to or seen Randy since our high school days, I have thought about his art many times--mostly when I was painting pottery and wished I had a bit more artistic talent or when I've seen really interesting pieces and they reminded me of his work that he did at Springbrook.
To Randy's family, my prayers are with you and I hope that you'll find comfort and peace in the days ahead.

I was sharing some of my best memories of Randy with my wife last night. We used to train together, work together and have a little fun in college park or at the U St. Lounge. He was a man with a big heart and a lot of soul. Even though he did give me a mix tape of "I'm think I'm tuning Japanese" and "domo Arigatou mr. Roboto" in the days before I moved to Japan. You will be missed, my brother, but I hope you are pain-free and your spirit can live through the people you have touched when you were here.
