So sad to hear of his passing! Just found out today through Sherwin Williams. He was a great help whenever I needed it and left a great impression on me. He was very kind and had a happy glow about him when I met him just once at my previous office. My prayers and condolences go out his family and friends. God bless!

I've known Randy for 26 years. I was his training manager in Fort Lauderdale when he first joined Sherwin-Williams and I have worked closely with him for much of our careers together. I can tell you that the entire team here at S-W and his clients will miss Randy immensely. Randy was an outstanding coworker of uncommonly high character. He was passionate about his mission of educating architects about paint and he created many innovative systems and techniques, freely sharing them with his colleagues for the benefit of the team that he obviously cared so much about. Randy was a tru professional in ever sense of the word. Above all, he was always cheerful, kind, helpful and the type of guy that made everyone who knew him feel special. He was was so generous with his time and positive and motivating with his words with everyone. Randy was honored in 2013 with the distinction of being Sherwin-Williams first Architectural Account Executive of the Year. He was a great contributor, an outstanding role model for all, and just one heck of a guy! All of us here at the Company will continue to be inspired by Randy's ways. Donna, you may not remember me but I had the privilege of meeting Brother Randy through Fishers of Men years ago and later Randy arranged for me to fish with Shaun in a couple of tournaments.
