MONROE - Randy Nelson Oliver, 56, died unexpectedly in his home May 16, 2013. Randy was born Oct. 25, 1956, in Alberton, Prince Edward Island, Canada, son of Jean Oliver Pavia and adopted and raised by his loving grandparents Georgie and Henry Oliver.

Randy also enjoyed working on vehicles. Randy was a compassionate, easy-going person who would always lend a hand to anyone in need. He could fix anything and took pride in everything he fixed. He was very proud of his children and grandchildren.

I only met Randy once at Georgie and Henry's. I lived next door to them in Monroe. They were so very special to me for many years. They helped me in my hours of need many times and introduced me to the Future God had planned for me.
May the Lord bless and keep you all in your hour of need.
If there is any way we can be of help please don't hesitate to contact us.
