RANDY WEINSTOCK Obituary
RANDY, August 31, 2013 of Philadelphia, PA. Husband of Jan (nee Lipschultz) Father of Samuel Weinstock. Son of Morton and Phyllis (nee Goldberg) Weinstock. Brother of Rachel (David) Weinstock, David (Jayne) Weinstock and the late Joel Benjamin Weinstock and Sharon (Kenn) Spinrad and Todd (Tammy) Lipschultz. Son-in-law of Bobbi Lipschultz and the late Harvy. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to Services Monday September 2, 2013 at 9:30 AM at the Har Zion Temple, 1500 Hagys Ford Road, Penn Valley, PA. 19072. Interment King David Memorial Park. The family will return to the home of Phyllis and Morton Weinstock and respectfully request that contributions in Randy's memory be made to the Gift of Life Family House, 401 Callowhill St., Philadelphia, PA 19123-4101 or to the American Cancer Society, Attn: Bike-a-thon, 1626 Locust St., Philadelphia, PA. 19103.

I was shocked and saddened by the sudden loss of Randy. I work at Kessler Topaz and know Randy from organizing our team for the American Cancer Society Bike-A-Thon. He was an amazing team leader and worked selflessly to make sure we had an amazing event and everything that we could need or want. This is truly an unfortunate loss. Whenever I was in my office at night or on the weekend it was always comforting to know that I wasn't alone in our building because Randy would be there too. A truly nice guy. My condolences to his family and to the Spinrads with whom I grew up in Reading.

I was so sorry to hear about the sudden passing of Randy. I still remember our classroom birthday party for him so he could get the full treatment of our birthday song. That was Randy to me--fun-loving, happy, joyful, and a kid at heart. I was out of town for the funeral, but was thinking of both of you all day. You are still in my thoughts.
