My love and prayers go out to the Payne and extended families of Raphael. I was very sad to hear the news of Raphael's passing. My husband and I shared many laughs with Raphael, as he had a big personality and know he could he wear those wide brimmed hats. Please accept my condolences and sympathies for the loss of your beloved family member.
