God Bless Raul, he was a gentleman. We'll always remember him being fair, no nonsense, and independent. Raul introduced us to 'The Sport of Kings'. Dee and I will not forget those days, we will not forget Raul, and we'll truely miss him...

Our family is blessed to be friends and neighbors of Raul. My youngest Beau (4) and Megan (5) became friends with Raul. They would often ask if they could go outside and play with their friend "Big Raul". He was so good to our kids, inviting them over to his garage to "play". We have become so close to the Cantero family they are considered family in our hearts. Raul will be missed, but never forgotten. (Mike, Shannon, Shirley, Sabrina, Karissa, Megan & Beau...the Buttrams)

Every once in a while, someone special touches your life. We were very lucky that Raul touched ours. Raul was a true gentleman, a good friend, father, and grandfather. We have so many great memories with Raul and his family. We will always love him and miss him.

Nadine, Raul, Sarah, Ethan, and Ryan, we love you guys and will always be here for you. And Little Raul, "Take care of Mom!"

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

We are so glad that we got to know Raul through you, Nadine. Mike and Raul seemed to have a bond from the first time they met, both coming from very large families...and both loving the races and Las Vegas! We will always remember our times together with a smile. The one regret we will always have is that we didn't have more time to get to know him. He was a man's man and a true gentleman. We will miss you, Raul, and we love you Nadine, Little Raul, Sara and boys.
