Ravi Gulati

New York Ravi , N.Y. - Gulati Ravi Gulati was a witty and irreverent man with a deep appetite for life, work, and adventure, approaching everything he did with intensity and purpose. Born in Lahore and raised in New Delhi, he attended IIT Kharagpur before beginning a lifelong love of travel, embarking on a journey around the world that ultimately brought him to Canada and then the US where he earned a master's degree from Carnegie Mellon.

Ravi embraced the American dream, creating a family and a career across the technology industry before founding his own companies. He went on to build two successful software companies: Stony Brook Software, acquired by Ascend Communications, and Aurigo Software.

Equally at ease in the boardroom and the outdoors, Ravi lived vigorously-hiking, biking, kayaking, and backcountry skiing his way through life. He will forever be loved by friends and family.
