Raviv Dlin Obituary
Raviv Eyal Dlin, 27, of Charleston, SC, passed away unexpectedly on August 31, 2021. He was born in Israel on December 8, 1993. Raviv graduated from Ithaca College and was pursuing his master's degree in Public Health at the Medical University of South Carolina. He was known for his infectious smile. Raviv enjoyed reading and was happiest when spending time with his Shar Pei named Moose. Raviv was predeceased by his father Elliott Dlin, his maternal grandparents Lee and Gilbert Bachman and his paternal grandparents Helen and Saul Dlin. He is survived by his mother, Carol Bachman Dlin, his brothers Yeshai Dlin (Sarah Higginson-Dlin), Oren Dlin and Ronen Dlin and two nephews and a niece. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The funeral will be held on Friday, September 3 at 11:00 AM at Arlington Memorial Park in Sandy Springs with Rabbi Jesse Charyn officiating. Attendees are requested to wear masks. Memorial donations may be made to the Atlanta Humane Society. Arrangements by Dressler's Jewish Funeral Care, 770-451-4999.

Carey Chan just informed me of Raviv´s passing. I am so heartbroken. I still hang and cherish my Christmas ornament every year that Raviv and his mom gifted me when I was his 3rd-grade teacher. It was the first Christmas item they had ever purchased! My condolences are with your family.

raviv was one of my first friends in middle school 6th grade. thru the years we drifted but kept contact & made sure to check up on each other once in a blue moon. he gave me advice when my mom passed suddenly last year & didn't have to do that. his father was a good man & my memories of him show why both he and raviv will be remembered. last time raviv & i talked was middle of August, & it is hard to fathom things of this nature. he was a good man, cared about things close to him and those close to him, & its tragic that he is now gone.

I am so deeply sadden and still a bit in shock
Raviv was a joy to work with - we had a lot of laughs together. I will and have already missed him and his presence here
