I worked with Ray at HDPE# 2 at Chocolate Bayou. I always enjoyed working with him. He was very candid and had a great way of trining people. I still tell my Shugart stories at work. We could sure use some people like him now at work. Prayers & thoughts with the family. Wish I would've found out earlier.

We'll miss Ray on our street in Alvin, our "neighborhood watch" helped make everyone feel comfortable around here. Always enjoyed his take on the goings on here in town and around the nation and how much he loved his dogs.
Rest well old friend.

Ray came from a generation of men who were hard workers and had strong personal opinions. As our neighbor in Alvin, for many years, he was friendly, kind, and always willing to help others. He loved to walk his dog and visit with each of us. He was a good neighbor and did a great job of watching over the comings and goings of our street...which we greatly appreciated. He will be missed.
