RAYMOND LAWRENCE
Age 89, of Upper St. Clair and Leetsdale, on Tuesday, January 6, 2015. Beloved husband of 54 years to Virginia Budnik; loving father of Dorothy "Zoe" Shutka, Suzanne Martin and Gregory Budnik; cherished grandfather of Megan and Alexander Budnik, Raymond and Jason Martin, Ashley and Bryan Shutka; beloved brother of Dorothy Darling and the late Loretta Budnik; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family and friends welcome Sunday 2-8 p.m. FREYVOGEL - SLATER FUNERAL DIRECTORS, (412-835-1860) 112 Fort Couch Rd., Bethel Park. To Ray's Family & Friends,
Ray was an extremely capable engineer, a gregarious and fun guy and one of the most competitive persons I have ever known. He did outstanding work at Michael Baker Jr. particularly on important infrastructure projects for Port Authority of Allegheny Count. Although I have not seen him for many years as I moved away from Pittsburgh more than 20 years ago, I feel a deep sense of loss. My prayers are with Ray and all of you. May many fond memories help to sustain you at this most difficult time.
