Dearest Ellen & Family, Rosemary & Family, and Bob & Family,

I sat in church this evening in total shock to hear Father mention Ray's name while we offered blessings and prayers to all who had passed away this week. We are so very sorry for missing the opportunity to offer our condolences and support to you this past week . Ray shared many days at our home (in his back yard) growing up . My brothers and the Butti's ...the best of friends. I have fond memories of the times shared with all of you as wonderful neighbors and friends. You became our family. Special times, as such, are so very rare these days. Ray was not only caring and willing to help at any time, but also very witty and lots of fun. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. May the wonderful memories you shared with Ray live in your hearts forever and help to sustain you during these most difficult days.
Love and Blessings to All ,
Linda (Palumbo) Golini and Bill Golini

Dear Ellen,
This morning when I read the paper, I was totally shocked to read in the obituaries, the passing of your beloved Husband and my loyal friend, Raymond.
Ray was a very loyal & true friend to me. It was not uncommon for Ray to stop by my home, have a Coffee & just talk of the good days.
Ray was always there helping others without question. He had a Huge & caring Heart of Gold. At times I would also stop by visit both you & Ray, and he and I would go outside and sit in the beautiful room he built and just talked. Ray was one of the very best craftsmen. There wasn't anything that Ray couldn't make nor build. He was given the gift of a most talented craftsman and carpenter, like the Father of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Joseph. When I was encountering difficulties during my life, Ray was there to support me. Frequently Ray would just pick up the phone, call me and simply ask how I was doing. He always ended the conversation with"If you need anything don't hesitate to call me."
Ellen the loss of your beloved husband of 53 years, so sudden and unexpectedly, leaves so many unanswered questions, however as Ray would always say to me when I lost my wife, "Anthony, Rosina is now in a better place with God." Now I also believe Ray is in Heaven with God Our Father & Our Lord Jesus Christ.
Ellen words cannot fill the void of such a loss, and I truly feel the sudden grief that you are now experiencing.
I Pray that All The Angels & Saints In Heaven Above come and carry your Beloved Husband & My Friend Raymond to Heaven Above to be with Our Lord Jesus Christ. May Raymond Rest In Eternal Peace and May Perpetual Light Shine upon Him.
Ellen to you and your entire family I extend My prayers during these most difficult of times. I also offer my deepest condolences and sympathy for the loss of Raymond.
May God Bless You, Care For you, and Guide you through these most difficult of days.
Ray is now at Peace.
God Bless,
Anthony J Soscia.
