Raymond ENG Obituary
With a heavy heart, we announce the peaceful passing of Raymond Way Moon Eng on January 24th, 2012. He is survived by his loving wife Nancy, children Yvonne (Ray), Lorraine, Elaine, Victor, Laura, Bonnie (Wayne), grandchildren Jacqueline and Nicholas, his sister Suzanne (Richard) and nephew Edmond and niece Lisa. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, February 1st, 2012 at 9:00am at Glenhaven Memorial Chapel (1835 East Hastings St., Vancouver). The burial will be at 11:00am at Forest Lawn Memorial Park (3789 Royal Oak Ave, Burnaby). Followed by a reception at 1:00pm at Fraser Court Seafood Restaurant (3489 Fraser St., Vancouver). In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the BC Cancer Agency or VGH Palliative Care Unit. Tributes and condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.glenhavenmemorialchapel.com .

Dear Dad:
I miss you so much. I still can't believe you're gone. So many questions to ask, so many experiences to have, all cut short. I can only imagine now what the future would have held had we had more time together. I will be forever grateful for all the times we did get to spend together as a family, and as father and daughter. Thank you for everything Dad. You were a great husband for Mom, and a great father to us kids, and you always made sure we were well taken care of. I can only hope that what you did for us, I can maybe have the opportunity to pass down to my family someday. I love you Dad.

Dad,
I miss you. I think of you everyday. I think of your smile and full hearted laugh. Visions and sounds I will hold onto forever.
We couldn't have asked for a better dad. You inspired us to always work hard and to do our best. To always give and be generous to others. And to help whenever possible.
Thank you for making sure we always had the best opportunities to succeed in life.
And just as we didn't want you to leave us, I know you too didn't want to go. But in life, it is never good-bye, but until we meet again. =)

Hi Dad,
Don't worry about Mom because we are all taking care of her.
Your Celebration of Life was attended by over 200 people, would have been more if it was not a work day. Also the weather was great, after days of rain it was a sunny day.
Just wanted to say everyone misses you very much and you will always be in our hearts & thoughts.

Laura, I never got to personally know your father, but through you I knew him well. Back in the day, Koreans thought having many sons made you a rich man.... However, I disagree with that. I believe your dad was rich because he had so many loving daughters (and a son), but mostly because of you. I hated seeing tears in your eyes, but your dad suffers no longer and he'll always be watching over his girls (especially you).... My family sends their love and their prayers to you and yours.
