November 18, 2009
My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

I had the rewarding opportunity to have worked with Ray in the Industries Division of D.C.D.C. He was indeed an artisan and was responsible for the Screen Process Shop having a reputation of being first class, producing quality products.
Nothing seemed too difficult for Ray to produce. He imported his extensive knowledge to his employees and staff alike.
Ray always gave 110% effort as reflected in his military service, his employment at D.C.D.C. and his volunteering efforts during his retirement.
He was a great American, the type which the United States needs more of. We offer our condolences.

I ALWAYS HAD A GREAT RELATIONSHIP WITH RAY. HE WAS IN INDUSTRYS AND I WAS IN EDUCATION. WE HAD TO CO-ORDINATE THE TIMES HIS MEN COULD ATTEND CLASS.
HE WAS AN OUTSTANDING MAN TO HAVE KNOWN AND WORKED WITH.
MY HEART GOES OUT TO HIS FAMILY BUT REMEMBER -- YOU HAD TO KNOW RAY TO REALLY APPRECIATE THE TYPE OF INDIVIDUAL HE WAS AND KEEP IN YOUR MIND THAT GOD TAKES CARE OF HIS OWN.

My condolences to the family as they celebrate his life. Ray's personality brought a sense of comraderie and levity to a job environment that was itself not the most comfortable. His distinctly Irish humor, the green hair stories etc will ever be remembered.
Until we meet again, Ray!

All of us who knew and worked with Ray have lost a very dear friend. The Irish community will never be the same.
