Ray was one of a kind and someone never forgotten. While there were bailiffs in the NY court system and before the State did away with bailiffs for Sheriffs, Ray was the heart and soul of Broome County Family Court. He made it hum with his charm. There was a huge void when he left the court system and a renewed void with his passing. Thanks for the memories Ray & RIP!

I didn't know Mr. Henaghan well. He worked at Family Court when I started working in the Family Court system. He was always nice and had a wonderful smile and laugh. Sending my deepest condolences to his family and friends.

I will miss you my friend. And will always remember all our times together in Family Court.
You always made me laugh.
You and Cuppie are now together forever, and may God keep and bless you always.
