Dad,
It was a year ago today, you earned your wings. God needed the best carpenter, electrician, welder and all around great man to help him. Although you are no longer here physically, you will always be with me in my heart and memories. I love you and miss you.

Grandpa,
It has been nearly a year since you moved forward and words cannot describe how much you are missed. You taught me so many things growing up and helped make me the person I am today. With you I got to do so much and see so many places that I otherwise would not and created everlasting memories.
Thank You for everything you have done for me and for all of us.
I love you, and I miss you.
“Pick”… “Pick”… “Pick”….. Hey YOU started it!

Dad,
Today as I honor vetrans I think of you. I remember the different stories you told about your time in Korea. I am so pleased and proud Jim & I were able to go with you & Mom to Hawaii. It was a real joy to see you on the USS Missouri. The look in your face as you talked to the young couple is something I will always remember. I miss you, Happy Veterans Day.
Love, Ola

We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone, for part of us went with you the day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide, and though we cannot see you, you are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same; but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
We love you and miss the man we so proudly called Dad, Grandpa and Gpa

Grandpa,
I have so many memories of you and don't know where to begin. Thank you for all that you shared with me and taught me over the years. I know that you will always be with me "pokin' me" or "pickin' on me" and am lucky to continue to have you by my side.
You are and will always be missed.
Love you,
Kristen

When our parents leave us to be with the Lord it does feel a bit like we are suddenly orphans, but each day the pain passes a little more and the wonderful memories of a life spent with them replace a great deal of the sorrow. You have my continued prayers.

My Darling Husband,
Though your smile is gone forever, and your have I cannot touch, I still have many memories of the one I loved so much. Your memory is my keepsake, with which I'll never part. God has you in His arms and I have you in my heart. You are sadly missed but never forgotten. You will always be the love of my life.

I am so glad Kelly & I came to see Jack & Dean a few months ago. Also enjoyed hearing his stories about the war. We talked by phone after Fathers day and he sounded so good. I will always remember him taking me to the drive-in because I had been sick and hadn't been out of the house for a while, he was about 18 and I was about 8. He was a special brother. Marie

Although I was not real close with Uncle Jack, I really enjoyed the visit Mom (Sister / Aunt Marie) and I had a few months ago in Whichita. Jack was a great man and a hero to America for his service in the Army. Rest in peace Uncle Jack.
