I worked with Ray for many years at Oyster Creek. His smile and genuine need to do the right thing made things better for all of us no matter how difficult the job. His kindness and spirit made it easier for all of us to come to work every day. He will be missed dearly. My condolences and prayers go to all the family.

Ray was my supervisor at Oyster Creek, as a Job Coordinator for contractors. I learned a great deal from Ray during my 4 years working for him. I'll always remember his "peaceful" morning meetings, and his colorful terms he used, "We'll hold their feet to the fire" or "Nail their damn feet to the floor".
My wife Maureen and I extend to Ray's family our prayers and blessings. Rest In Peace Ray, I certainly won't forget you.

Ray was one of the first people I met when I started working at Oyster Creek. Ray was a gentleman & a great friend.
He was there for his friend Mike, my husband & his co-worker & I during one of the most difficult times in our lives. Both would sit there & talk about the old times at the Creek.
I will miss talking to you as you always gave such great advice.
My heartfelt condolences to your Beautiful wife Maryann & to all of your Family.
You were truly an exceptional man & I will miss you dearly.
Rest in Peace my Dear friend.

Ray and I shared a special bond over the years at Oyster Creek and TMI. He was always there if you needed help. He never hesitated and would help out without being asked. I'm sorry we lost touch after I retired from the Creek. You are missed my friend.
