To Helene and all of Rays family, I've been trying to track Ray down for a while now and have only just learnt of his passing in the summer. My deepest sympathy to all of you and my sincere regrets for not knowing sooner, Ray was a wonderful man to who I owed such a lot From meeting him at Rolls Royce and them through him launching my consulting career with Garwood he changed my life but more importantly he was one of the most decent men I have ever known and it was an honour to have worked with him and consider as a true friend and mentor. My own mother past away last year and she always spoke of when she meet him in England, may they both rest in peace in heaven.

Dear Helene and family, At this time we find it impossible to be with you and your family. Paul always thought of Ray as a brother rather than as a brother in law. Times were always "great" when we were together. May your memories of the times spent with you loving Ray lighten your spirits. Our prayers are always with you and yours each day through this time of sorrow. Our Deepest Sympathy, Your loving brother Paul and Anne
