Worked with Ray for many years. Fondest memory was when we purchased Timesavers BV. We spent a month in Amsterdam where a I really got to know him. Many adventures...a genuinely fine man with a great sense of humor willing to assist all those in need. RIP Ray.

I had the pleasure of working with Ray while he was at Timesavers and I was at the corporate office. Ray was one of the friendliest of all the division heads and was a very caring individual. Rest InPeace Ray you have earned the rest.

Uncle Ray will be missed. He was always up for a good joke and laugh. That look Aunt Rachel would give him when he was getting into something was priceless. Wish I could have spent more time with him!!

John and I had many wonderful times together at the Mosquito Association meetings. He and John worked very hard to make those reunions successful and enjoyed working together. Ray will be missed by all of the remaining men that was in the origination. We love you Ray and will always have you in our prayers. John and Norma Dichard

THERE WERE TWO BROTHERS THAT WENT TO OSSEO, WISCONSIN IN THE LATE 1800S FROM GAUSDAL, NORWAY: JOHN VOLD AND HANS VOLD. THEIR GRANDSONS WERE RAYMOND SPENCER VOLD AND DONALD MAX VOLD. RAY PROVIDED FOR THE HAN'S VOLDS TO JOIN THE JOHN VOLD'S IN THERE REUNION IN OSEO, WISCONSIN. OTHER REUNIONS INCLUDED RELATIVES GUNNAR AND ARNIE RUNDTOM FROM NORWAY. RAY PARTICIPATED IN THE SEARCH FOR LOST RELATIVES BETWEEN NORWAY AND AMERICA. IT IS HOPES THAT RELATIVES WILL CARRY ON THE BIYEARLY REUNION TRADITION.

Dear Dad,

You're missed so much! I know you're with Mom in heaven and are at peace and pain-free. You left us so suddenly it's hard to understand, but I'm so glad you didn't suffer in the end.

I'm thankful, grateful, and blessed that you were my Dad and Grandpa to my sons, Matt and Erik. I hope you know that we love you beyond measure and appreciate everything you did for us all these years. I'm forever indebted to you for stepping up to the plate to help raise them, as if they were your own. They wouldn't be the wonderful men they are today without your encouragement, support, and unconditional love. When I see what a great dad Matt is to Maxwell and Owen, I'm in awe and so proud.

Thank you for always being there for me, and even more so for Matt and Erik. I'm so glad you were able to spend time in MN in July, the memories will be treasured forever by us all. The tears are fresh, but the fond memories will carry us through these difficult times.

Your legacy will live on through your entire family.
Cheers to eternal life!

Love,
Patty

What a great man Ray was, so intelligent, kind, funny, generous and always interested in learning about others. I believe he is in heaven playing golf with my dad Ron and Uncle Nelvin.
