Dear Joan,Louise,Mark and Todd

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. Mickey gave us plenty of direction and insight about life when we were young teenagers growing up. Always had time for us. In return though we would have to clean up the garage, make NDP signs and wash the car and the camper but it was worth it. The left hook to the thigh though not so much. I'd give anything to have one of those charley horses one last time. R.I.P. Mickey

Joan and family,it would take forever to describe what a great Husband, Father & grandfather Mick was.I enjoyed talking with him about all our old west end friends we had since Mick was boxing. It was a honour to be his friend.
He knew what a wonderful loving wife he had and could never love her more.
Mick is in a better place know but I will always feel him in my heart & presence, asking me if I want a punch in the nose.

Very sad news. I knew and respected all that he stood for. A really down to earth honest and hard working guy. I enjoyed working on many campaigns with him as the manager and we won. His style was all his own. A great loss for Joan and the kids.
